3-in-1 Integrated Waste Sorting Line
(Chain Plate Feeder, Roller Screen, Air Separator)
The 3-in-1 integrated waste sorting line combines feeding, screening, and air separation into a single system, making it easier to process mixed waste in a more compact setup. It brings together a chain plate feeder, roller screen, and air separator, allowing multiple processing steps to be completed within one coordinated system. Compared with conventional setups that rely on several separate machines, this integrated design reduces system complexity while maintaining high sorting efficiency and processing capacity.
The waste sorting equipment separates mixed materials through a combination of mechanical screening and air classification. Bulky inert materials such as bricks and aggregates, light materials such as plastics, films, and textiles, and fine fractions such as soil and small particles can be processed and separated in a continuous flow.
By integrating these functions, the system significantly reduces installation footprint and lowers both initial investment and operating costs. It is particularly suitable for handling landfill stale waste, construction and renovation waste, and other mixed solid waste streams.

Material Feeding
Provides stable and uniform material feeding for the downstream screening process. This helps prevent blockages and efficiency loss caused by uneven input, ensuring smooth operation of the entire line

Screening
Separates waste into different size fractions, allowing materials of varying particle sizes to be classified. This prepares suitable material for subsequent air separation or crushing, improving overall processing efficiency and resource recovery.

Air Separation
Separates light and heavy materials using airflow. Recyclable light materials such as plastics and paper are separated from heavier fractions such as stones, concrete, and metals, improving recovery value and reducing the load on downstream processes.
