4-in-1 Integrated Waste Sorting Line
(Waste Feeder, Bag Opener, Roller Screen, Air Separator)
The 4-in-1 integrated waste sorting line combines feeding, bag opening, screening, and air separation within a single unit, allowing mixed waste to be handled in a compact system layout. Instead of using multiple machines across separate stages, these processes are completed in one continuous flow, reducing the need for additional conveyors and transfer points. This helps reduce installation footprint and overall investment while maintaining stable sorting efficiency and throughput.
During operation, bulky inert materials, light fractions such as plastics and films, and fine particles are separated in the continuous flow as the material moves through the system. It is commonly used in municipal solid waste processing plants, as well as waste transfer and pre-treatment applications.

Material Feeding
Ensures stable and uniform material supply for the downstream screening process. This prevents blockages and efficiency loss caused by uneven input, helping the entire line run smoothly.
Bag Opening
Breaks open waste bags to release the contents, preventing enclosed materials from bypassing screening and air separation. This improves the efficiency and accuracy of all subsequent sorting steps.
Screening
Separates waste into different size fractions, allowing materials of varying particle sizes to be classified. This prepares suitable material for downstream air separation or crushing, improving overall processing efficiency and recovery rates.
Air Separation
Separates light and heavy materials using airflow. Recyclable light fractions such as plastics and paper are divided from heavier materials such as stones, concrete, and metals, improving recovery value and reducing the load on downstream processes.
